Our Services
Cushion Replacements
We can cut a large variety of cushion sizes and shapes. For daily seating we sell 2.0lb Density Foam in three different firmness's:

38 ILD - Regular Firm. The standard for seating and sleeping.

45 ILD - Extra Firm. Most popular for seating and medical supports.

55 ILD - Super Firm. Our firmest compression for those that want a very firm seat.

​(For outdoor patio furniture you can get away with using 1.5lb foam if it is being used seasonally)

What else?
As well as cutting foam to size, we offer Fiber Wrap either as an add-on that we cut and apply, or you can purchase it by the linear foot (12" x 60") and apply it yourself.

What does it do?
Fiber wrap pushes the fabric away from the foam, giving it a fluffy and filled out appearance. It also prevents the cushion covers from sticking to the foam and making wrinkles when you sit. It is most common in couch cushions. While some RV cushions have it, that is not always the case or required.

We can cut many of our foam mattresses to size. We can cut the length and width, as well as beveling edges, cutting corners, doing a completely custom shape, making a dual comfort mattress, and much more!

What's a build your own?
A build your own is where you choose your base foam, comfort layers, and cover to make your mattress, your mattress.
​
With a Build-Your-Own, you're getting the highest grade materials without the high price tag that comes with branded mattresses.
​
What's are the benefits?
The benefits of a Build-Your-Own are greater than that of a pre-made laminated mattress. You can flip and rotate each layer to maximize lifespan, move layers around to change the feel completely, and if your body changes and you need a different feel, you can change just one layer instead of buying a whole new mattress!

What do I need to bring?
Dimensions
Please bring with you the dimensions of whatever it is you'd like cut! Length, Width, and Height.
We cannot provide a quote without the dimensions. We need to work out what sheet size your piece will come from and the amount of board feet it will be to determine cost.

Diagram or Template
Please bring with you a diagram for more complex cuts that aren't as simple as explaining dimensions.
For chairs, if you have the seat board, please bring it with you if possible or make a paper/cardboard template

Cushions Needing to be Replaced
Bring your old cushions in to have them measured if you're unsure of their size. We ask that you vacuum the cushions and launder the covers (if they have covers) before bringing them in to reduce dust and allergens.

How is Foam Priced?
Board Foot Pricing
Foam is calculated the same as lumber (in board feet). In many ways it is similar to lumber. Just like how you would use the correct lumber to build a strong, durable structure; with foam, you want to use the right density (weight) for building a strong and durable mattress or cushion. All foam densities are great for their own applications. We can help you choose the right foam for the job.

Preset Sheet Size
While foam is priced per board foot, cost also depends on which preset sheet size it will come from.
Below are two diagrams. One is of a 48" x 80" Sheet, and the other a 60" x 80" (Queen) Sheet.
These diagrams show the majority of the ways our sheets are divided for the highest yield.
