BED WEDGES

Our bed wedges are excellent for raising your upper body when you are sleeping. We carry 1.5 lb dense foam for short term or occasional use and 2.0 lb dense foam for everyday use. These wedges are very useful for many purposes.

FOAM ROLLERS

Foam rollers are an excellent piece of workout equipment. They help push oxygenated blood through your muscles so they can repair quicker. It can also help release muscle tension and knots in places that are hard to reach. There are many different uses for foam rollers and are a great way to help you stay active.

YOGA BLOCKS

Our yoga blocks are made from a 10lb dense, rebond foam. They come in 8" x 12" x 2" and they are very firm. There are many different uses for yoga blocks but many people use them to help with standing poses so they have less distance to go which makes them great for beginners.

COMFORT CUSHIONS

Our comfort cushions are commonly used for after a hip or knee surgery.
They come in two different firmnesses.
