Warranty and Store Policy Information ::
- All sales are final.
- We do accept EXCHANGES on mattresses and pillows that have left the store with an Anti allergy cover.
- Exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original purchase price). Allergy covers are final sales. Only one exchange per item is allowed. Transportation costs will be applied if the exchanged product can not be returned and/or picked up at the store.
- ALL CUSTOM ITEMS including mattresses CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. As these items are custom made, they are final sales.
- When buying foam, choose your comfort carefully –something too firm can be made softer, something too soft is too soft.
- All high-density foam has a 2 year full warranty to cover manufacturing defects (latex products are the exception). The rest of the warranty is pro-rated. Pro-rated warranties do not apply to products that are stained, soiled, burned, mildewed, or have received obvious abuse or improper care which includes, but is not limited to, improper foundations for mattresses (using old boxsprings, or unventilated surfaces – floors for example) and improper flipping/rotation of the mattress.
- Warranties do not cover damage to foam products that have been laundered in a washing machine and/or dryer.
- Warranties are non-transferable.
